Houses

There are two primary products: a 20 foot long structure or a 40 foot long structure. In each case the structures are 24 feet wide when sat upon the foundation or footings. From these two primary products there are many options and variations. These are represented by the options from which the buyer selects. The structures can be configured into residential or commercial structures. In all cases they are fire resistant, bug and water proof, wind resistant and can be made bullet proof.

The residential styles can be family style homes or a dormitory style home. The family home can be one, two or three stories high. The dormitory style home can be up to 10 stories high. Many options are available, including: siding options, flooring options, sink and toilet options, and Hot Tub options. The flat roof design allows for a large party deck or roof top garden. Air conditioning and heating options are also available. There are too many options to list here, but each option has an impact on the final pricing.

The houses are clad in a ceramic composite coating that has high resistance to impact, abrasion and corrosion. The coating has high infra-red reflectivity and is extremely resistant to heat or thermal transmission. This provides superior control over virtually any environmental hazard.

Utilizing patented technologies, a single house can be produced in approximately two days. It is placed into an ISO intermodal container for shipping and delivery to virtually any location in the world.
